Long-running industry awards for the security and fire sector, run in association with IFSEC

Devised and launched the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Programme and annually managed the performance research benchmarking, an industry conference, 4 x workshops, training & site visits, and a gala awards dinner for 12 years.

Developed Security & Fire Excellence Awards from 750 to a 1000 guest sold out event.

Expanded the European Call Centre Awards from 500 guests to a 1,200 guest sold out event through targeted campaigns and product development in line with the needs of the market.

Launched and managed the CMPi Awards for Excellence for 1,200 employees from around the World – a £300K+ budget internal Awards event that broke even in Year 3, thanks to my initially ridiculed suggestion of selling sponsorship to CMPI’s suppliers!

Successfully managed the Awards for Association of Exhibition Organisers for 6 years (1,300+ guests from events industry!)

Eight years managing the prestigious eCommerce Awards. Redefining categories and entry criteria to drive entries, attendance and sponsorship, resulting in a significant boost to the bottom line.
