Local Business Supports 9,000 Children to Learn About Marine Pollution
Bestselling children’s author and mother of four Ellie Jackson has teamed up with a local Tunbridge Wells business to teach 9,000 local children about the perils of ocean plastic.
Through the kind support of Revolution Events in Pembury Ellie has secured sponsorship for all thirty primary schools across the Tunbridge Wells community to each receive a copy of her three highly acclaimed children’s books, together with supporting teaching resources.
These books are true stories about the problem of ocean plastic each following three well-loved animals as they encounter plastic bags, balloons and fishing nets. The books are written in a positive and hopeful light to inspire the next generation to tackle this very topical issue.
